Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, group size, preferred trip, requested dates, questions, payment status and other details you voluntarily provide while requesting or managing a charter.

How we use information

We use this information to review availability, communicate about your request, process authorized deposits, confirm trips, provide departure and weather updates, answer questions, maintain booking records and operate KYS Outdoor Adventures.

Text-message privacy

If you separately opt in to SMS, we may send transactional messages concerning your charter request or confirmed trip. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to deliver requested communications, process payments or operate the booking service. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for KYS Outdoor Adventures.

Payments

Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by KYS Outdoor Adventures. We may retain payment identifiers, authorization status, deposit amount and related transaction records.

Information security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for booking operations, recordkeeping, legal obligations and dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may decline optional text messages and still communicate with us by email or telephone. To stop texts, reply STOP. To request help, reply HELP. You may also ask us to correct or delete information, subject to recordkeeping obligations.
