Program description

Customers who opt in may receive transactional messages from KYS Outdoor Adventures about charter requests, availability, alternative dates, deposit or booking confirmation, trip reminders, departure details, weather or schedule changes, cancellations and responses to customer questions.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a trip. Consent applies only to KYS Outdoor Adventures and is not transferred or shared for third-party marketing. You may continue to communicate with us by email or telephone if you do not opt in to text messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and trip needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Stopping or getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, email captainnelsonlamont@kysoutdooradventures.com, or call 206-321-2454.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability.

Privacy

Our use of your information is described in the KYS Outdoor Adventures Privacy Policy. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
